The flowers are fresh and beautiful. However, the confirmation email said this:
(You'll be notified by a phone call or email when your order is ready for pick up.) It was getting late so I decided to call. I was told the flowers were ready. I said that I thought I would be contacted. The response was " we're not that sophisticated". I responded by saying that the email said I would be contacted. The person apologized. It would be good to contact customers as advertised.
Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement for the birth of my granddaughter. I live very far away from my daughter. I placed the order and they were delivered so fast. They were beautiful. Easy process and I was extremely satisfied.
